  • Curb Appeal makes all the difference. Buyers want the outside and the inside to be spectacular. It's all in the details, landscaping, paint windows, shutters, mailboxes and even how your window treatments appear from the street should be picture.

  • Paint is your cheapest transformation tool. New paint in a warm and welcoming tone, soft colors that lead your eye from room to room help your home appear cleaner and allows the potential buyer to visualize themselves and their lifestyle in the home.

  • Kitchen and baths can make or break a sale. Replace old faucets, repair leaks, clear those countertops and create a model-like environment.

  • Most buyers are looking for hardwood and tile versus carpet. Make sure your tile appears free of dirt and cracks. Cleaning and re-sealing the grout, along with replacing cracked tiles will assure your buyers don't have to. Refinishing hardwood floors is costly and time-consuming. Screen them.
